In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

Access to and use of the m11sot platform is strictly conditional upon meeting all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia and accessing the platform from within Indonesia or from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not expressly prohibited for individuals.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or officer of m11sot or any affiliated entity, nor a close family member of any such person.
• You must not be self-excluded from gambling services, whether via m11sot's own self-exclusion tools or via any other responsible gambling scheme.
• You must not currently hold another active or previously suspended m11sot account.

To access the full range of m11sot services, you must register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification (KTP)
• A valid and active email address that you own and control
• A mobile phone number registered in Indonesia
• Your date of birth confirming you are 21 years of age or older
• Your preferred local bank account or e-wallet details for deposit and withdrawal purposes

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. m11sot will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login information. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must contact our support team immediately at [email protected].

m11sot reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason for refusal.

m11sot operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to confirm the identity of all registered users prior to processing withdrawal requests and, in certain cases, before granting access to specific platform features. KYC verification may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A clear photograph or scan of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) showing your name, date of birth, and photograph.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence issued within the last three months, displaying your full name and registered address.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or photograph of the bank account, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja account used to make deposits, confirming that the payment method belongs to the registered account holder.
• Selfie Verification: A live photograph of the account holder holding their KTP alongside a handwritten note displaying the date and "m11sot", where required by our compliance team.

All submitted documentation is handled in strict accordance with our Privacy Policy. Documents are reviewed by our compliance team within 1–3 business days (WIB). Withdrawal requests will remain in a pending state until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

All financial transactions on the m11sot platform are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). m11sot supports the following approved payment channels:

The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions:

• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the same name as the m11sot account. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by our compliance team following a successful KYC review.
• Minimum deposit amounts and minimum withdrawal thresholds are displayed within the platform cashier and may be updated periodically.
• m11sot does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transfer charges, for which m11sot bears no responsibility.
• Withdrawal requests submitted during Indonesian national public holidays (including Idul Fitri, Indonesian Independence Day on 17 August, and Nyepi) may experience processing delays of up to one additional business day.
• m11sot reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal that triggers our internal risk and compliance thresholds.

m11sot offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are subject to wagering requirements before any withdrawal can be made. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in each promotion's terms.
• Unless otherwise specified, bonuses must be wagered only on qualifying games and betting markets. Certain high-RTP games, low-margin bets, and specific bet types may be excluded from wagering contribution calculations.
• Players may hold only one active bonus at a time. Accepting a new bonus offer while an existing bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the existing bonus.
• Bonuses have defined expiry periods. Any unwagered bonus funds remaining after the expiry date will be forfeited automatically without notice.
• m11sot reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to an account and actively being wagered will be honored under the terms at the time of crediting.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements — will result in bonus cancellation and may lead to account suspension.

The following general rules govern all betting and gaming activity conducted on the m11sot platform:

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by m11sot. A bet is only confirmed once you receive an on-screen confirmation and a reference number. m11sot reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its discretion.
• Odds Changes: For pre-match sports betting, odds displayed at the time a bet slip is compiled may change before submission. Where odds change prior to confirmation, you will be notified and given the option to accept the new odds or cancel the bet.
• Void Bets: Bets may be voided in circumstances including but not limited to: match abandonment or postponement, manifest pricing errors, palpable odds errors, or evidence of match manipulation. Voided bets are returned to the player's real-money balance at the original stake amount.
• Live Betting: In-play bets are accepted subject to real-time data availability. m11sot is not liable for technical delays in live data feeds that may affect in-play odds or bet acceptance. In-play bets already confirmed will stand regardless of subsequent data corrections unless a manifest error is identified.
• Mix Parlay: Mix parlay (accumulator) bets combining multiple selections are settled based on the final confirmed result of each individual selection. If one leg is voided, the parlay is recalculated excluding that selection.
• Togel: Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets on m11sot are governed by draw results from the designated official draw reference for each market. Results are final once published and no claims will be accepted after the settlement period closes.
• Slot & Casino Games: All slot and live casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer mechanics verified by independent testing laboratories. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• Maximum Winnings: Maximum single-transaction or daily withdrawal caps apply and are displayed within the platform cashier. Winnings exceeding these caps will be paid in installments according to the schedule communicated to the player at the time of the win.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the m11sot platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be voided.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or scripting to place bets, interact with the platform, or circumvent security measures.
• Colluding with other players in live casino or poker games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in matched betting or arbitrage strategies that exploit bonus terms in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the platform's software or security infrastructure.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing m11sot staff or other users through any communication channel.

All content on the m11sot platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of m11sot or its licensed content providers.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for your personal recreational gaming purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any platform content without prior written authorization.
• Use the m11sot brand name, logo, or trademarks in any commercial context or in a manner that implies endorsement.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the platform for any purpose.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the platform on another website or application.

Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is subject to their own licensing agreements with m11sot.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, m11sot's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your m11sot account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

m11sot expressly excludes liability for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings;
• Loss of business opportunity or goodwill;
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses of any kind;
• Losses arising from interruptions to service caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, acts of God, or events beyond m11sot's reasonable control;
• Losses arising from your use of an unsecured device or network connection;
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes m11sot's liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

m11sot collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your personal data — including your name, KTP details, contact information, and transaction history — is used exclusively to provide and improve our services, process financial transactions, fulfill KYC obligations, and communicate with you regarding your account and applicable promotions. m11sot does not sell personal data to third parties.

All data transmitted between your device and the m11sot platform is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. Financial transaction data is stored on PCI-DSS-compliant infrastructure.

m11sot is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gaming activity. The following tools are available to all registered users:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control spending.
• Session Reminders: Configure on-screen alerts at defined intervals to prompt awareness of time and money spent.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion period during which your account will be suspended and you will be unable to access the platform or receive promotional communications.

m11sot reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Suspicion of fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activity;
• Receipt of a chargeback or dispute from a payment provider linked to your account;
• Detection of multiple account registration;
• Detection of underage access;
• Request by the account holder for voluntary closure.

In the event of termination for cause, m11sot reserves the right to withhold any balance or pending winnings pending investigation. Where termination is initiated by m11sot without cause, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method following standard KYC checks.

Users wishing to voluntarily close their accounts may do so by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which m11sot holds its international gaming license. By using the platform, you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

Notwithstanding the above, m11sot acknowledges that its primary user base consists of residents of Indonesia. Users are responsible for determining whether access to online gaming services is lawful in their jurisdiction and for complying with all applicable local laws and regulations. m11sot makes no representation that access to or use of the platform is lawful in all locations.
